The Back2Life workshop is a 90-minute session to holistically support your wellbeing and mental health. I have integrated my counselling, mindfulness and yoga practices, combined with my experience supporting vulnerable people to create a space for self-care and a theme of moving forward. We have all been impacted in different ways by COVID and lockdowns over the past year and I would like to offer some support with the new changes moving back to ‘normal’ life. The session will include some gentle seated yoga stretching (No mat or special clothing required, I would just suggest you are comfortable). We will talk about the impact of COVID and lockdowns on mental health and wellbeing. We will practice meditations, grounding techniques and I will offer some ideas and practices you can take away with you. If you could have a pen and paper handy for some of the exercises and to make any notes you would like to. My aim for the end of the session is to leave you feeling more relaxed, with a greater sense of hope and with ideas that may work to support your wellbeing.
