Last weekend, Sunday 16th May I worked with The Sangha House (Taunton) to offer a zoom wellbeing workshop to support participants holistic wellbeing coming out of lockdown. I had a lovely group to work and connect with. One big struggle for people over the past year, as well as a fear of coming out of lockdown, appears to be centred around feelings of connection and disconnection. So, to be able to feel a connection with this group over zoom was a lovely reminder of how we can stay connected and create new connections. Running and being part of this workshop was a privilege to offer a connective, safe space to discuss lockdown, coming out of lockdown, mental health, and holistic wellbeing. I guided the participants through breathing exercises, grounding practices and a meditation. Below are some lovely comments from the people who joined me.
What do they say about the workshop?
I am very grateful for their kind words and joining me for the Back2life workshop. It is always lovely to hear that people have benefited from my work and passions. I also loved working with The Sangha House, who share my passion for holistic wellbeing and supporting people. A very good start to the first of many more events to support the holistic wellbeing of others.
