Nidra is to sleep.  Therefore, Yoga Nidra is often called sleep Yoga. This class will help take you to a deep state of relaxation, giving you space to rest the mind and the body. The class aims to leave you feeling relaxed and gently energised.

Please bring a mat, pillow, blanket, bottle of water, eye pillow and dress in layers to keep you warm during your practice. If you have bolsters or other items that would make you feel more comfortable please bring them with you.

A morning of yoga and mindfulness. A mindfulness session to relax you and bring you to the present moment. With a yoga practice to stretch you and warm you with a flowing sequence. Finishing with a relaxation to integrate your mornings practice and leave you balanced and centred for your day.
